These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Moonray PLT (“we”, “our”, “us”). By confirming a quotation or engaging our services, the client (“you”) agrees to these terms.
1. Services
Moonray PLT provides custom product visuals, including images and video content, primarily for beauty and consumer brands. All services are project-based and tailored to the agreed scope.
2. Quotations & Scope

All quotations are based on the scope provided by the client.

Any change in scope after confirmation may require a revised quotation.

Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment Terms

100% upfront payment is required to confirm production, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For larger projects, milestone payments may be approved at our discretion.

Work begins only after payment confirmation.
4. Revisions

Each project includes 1–2 revision rounds, as specified in the quotation.

Revisions are limited to reasonable adjustments within the original scope.

Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and client responsiveness.

Delays caused by late feedback or missing information may affect delivery schedules.
6. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights are governed by our Usage Rights policy.

Moonray PLT retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, payments are non-refundable once production has started.

If a project is cancelled before production begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Moonray PLT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered visuals.

Usage Rights

This Usage Rights policy defines how delivered visuals may be used.
1. Standard Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, all projects include:

Non-exclusive, perpetual usage rights

Digital use across websites, social media, and organic marketing channels
2. Paid Media & Extended Usage

Paid advertising, large-scale campaigns, print, or broadcast usage may require extended licensing.

Any additional usage must be discussed and agreed upon before final delivery.
3. Ownership

Moonray PLT retains ownership of all source files, concepts, and production assets.

Final exported deliverables are licensed to the client according to the agreed usage.
4. Portfolio Use
Moonray PLT reserves the right to display completed work for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless the project is explicitly agreed as confidential.
5. Third-Party Restrictions
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any provided references, trademarks, or materials are legally usable.
